Dr. Grove is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree. She received her medical degree in 1998 from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her internship in 1999 and five years of surgical residency (1999-2002) at Wright State University School of Medicine. Also at Wright State, she served as chief surgical resident from 2002-2003.

Dr. Grove was assistant professor of surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio 2003-2004. She began her solo practice in January 2005 and merged her practice with the START Center for Cancer Care in May 2012.

Dr. Grove is board certified in general durgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Her practice includes general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, breast surgery, and robotic surgery. Her area of expertise is breast and robotic surgery.
