Jennifer Solis, APRN

Jennifer Andrea Solis, APRN received board certification through the Texas Board of Nursing.  With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, Ms. Solis earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas.  As an undergraduate, Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and an Associate in Applied Science Degree from San Antonio College in San Antonio, Texas.

She began her nursing experience at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital where she provided care for patients of all backgrounds and health conditions as well as end of life care.  Ms. Solis has been an employee of the START Center since 2012 gaining knowledge and experience in Medical and Radiation Oncology and in the Infusion Room administering chemotherapy. She then went on to work as a Primary Care Practitioner for two years prior to returning to the START Center where she now works as a Breast Cancer Surgical Nurse Practitioner where she manages survivorship care and post-operative patients.
