Kassondra S. Grzankowski, MD, FACOG

Fellowship trained in gynecologic oncology, Dr. Grzankowski specializes in complex gynecologic surgery including da Vinci robotic techniques, radical vulvar surgery, and ovarian tumor debulking procedures. Dr. “G” along with the team at the START Center provides comprehensive women’s cancer care including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation at multiple locations throughout northern San Antonio.

She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a graduate of the prestigious Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer gynecologic oncology fellowship, one of only 33 NCCN member designated cancer centers. She has lectured at the SGO-Society of Gynecologic Oncology national meeting and has 16 peer-reviewed published works. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo for her medical degree and completed residency training at the University of Hawaii.

She recently relocated to San Antonio from Austin, with her Husband and two dogs to be closer to her family and has fallen in love with the kind people and amazing food San Antonio offers. In her spare time Dr. “G” can be found swimming, listening to live music, watching football, or traveling with friends.
